Terms of Service
Effective: May 21, 2026 · Codebyte Ltd., Israel
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Asistry ("Service"), operated by Codebyte Ltd. ("Codebyte", "we", "us", or "our"), an Israeli company. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Account registration
You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@asistry.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Service to:
- Connect AI agents to your tools and workflows
- Manage tasks, projects, and automation jobs
- Integrate third-party services via supported connectors
You may not use the Service in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. BYOA — Bring Your Own API Key
Asistry does not proxy LLM traffic through its own servers. When you connect your own API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or compatible providers), you remain the customer of those providers and subject to their terms. You are solely responsible for usage charges and compliance with those providers' policies.
5. Integrations and third-party services
The Service connects to third-party platforms (Google, GitHub, Notion, and others) on your behalf. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of those platforms. OAuth tokens you grant are stored encrypted at rest and used solely to perform the actions you request.
6. Your data
You retain all rights to data you bring into the Service. We process your data as a data processor acting on your instructions. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for details.
7. Intellectual property
Codebyte retains all intellectual property rights in the Service, including its software, design, and documentation. You retain rights to your own content. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either party's IP.
8. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced via our status page. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codebyte shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
