Effective: May 21, 2026 · Codebyte Ltd., Israel

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out rules for using Asistry and any AI agents, integrations, or automation capabilities it provides. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Permitted uses

You may use the Service to:

  • Automate legitimate personal or business workflows
  • Connect and interact with third-party services you are authorised to use
  • Run AI agents to assist with tasks you would otherwise do manually
  • Build internal tooling for your organisation

2. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

Harmful or illegal content

  • Generate, distribute, or store illegal content
  • Create, spread, or automate disinformation or deceptive content
  • Produce content that harasses, threatens, or abuses any person
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

Security and infrastructure abuse

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or any other system
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or resource exhaustion attacks
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Service without prior written permission
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures

Data and privacy violations

  • Collect or harvest personal data without appropriate legal basis
  • Use agents to scrape or exfiltrate data from third-party services in violation of their terms
  • Process special-category personal data (health, biometric, financial) without explicit consent and appropriate safeguards

Intellectual property

  • Infringe intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Reproduce or redistribute copyrighted material without authorisation

Agent misuse

  • Use agents to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
  • Automate interactions with other systems in a way that violates those systems' terms of service
  • Impersonate any person or organisation through agent actions
  • Use the Service to train competing AI models without prior written consent

Resource abuse

  • Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining
  • Run automated tasks that disproportionately consume shared infrastructure resources
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorisation

3. Responsibility for agent actions

You are solely responsible for all actions taken by agents you configure. The fact that an agent performs an action does not transfer responsibility from you to Codebyte. Before deploying automated agents with broad permissions, ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

4. Reporting violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP — by yourself or another user — please report it to abuse@asistry.com. We investigate all credible reports.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations. For less severe violations, we will typically provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before taking action.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be announced with 14 days' notice unless required by law to take effect sooner.
